Title: Descript.ion in OEM Encoding

I was pleasantly surprised to see my descriptions from descript.ion
but shortly encounter a problem: most of them are in OEM (DOS) encoding, is there a way to enable OEM to ANSI conversion in HFS?
Like ACDSee which has such option.
Or can I achieve the same result by changing somehow template?

do they use all the same encoding?
i may just convert automatically

Yes, they all in the same DOS encoding (cp866 actually), it would be very good if could add automatic conversion.
