When anyone tried to connect to my ip, many times the status in connection status window freezes on "replying" and site doesn't load.

I am using 2.1d build 088

are you sure it's your problem?
it's not enough for me to find the problem. i cannot reproduce it.
what if you try to connect locally?

i also tried locally but same problem occurs (sometimes)

i think the problem is with my firewall.

so, try disabling the firewall and see if it works
