Title: Suggestion: Exceptions in download limit

I don't know if this is the right place to post a suggestion, I'm a newbie.

anyway, I have a suggestion to make an exception for download limits to some files...
for example, leaving files less than a given size out of the download limit.

Since we can't add 1000 commands, each for every individual necessity,
we need a more powerful system, probably a scripting system, that let you control things finely.
From now on, i will try to collect such "indivual necessities" to figure out how should this system be.

...so, don't expect your need to be solvable soon
