Title: fixing the error when you click "Menu"

do you experience such problem?
it is a bug known here as "getBoundsRect", and it is annoying since 2004  :o

using the new Delphi i got a possible way to fix it.
let's hope for the next build. :)

cannot say if that is the same error.
other bugs may show the same dialog but with different address.
it depends on the address, and it is different on every build. i don't remember the address for #086.

they don't actually help just because i think i already fixed in build 091.
will publish it soon.
