Title: Behind a Router?

I just did the Self Test, and it says that the test failed because I'm behind a router?

I used to have a router hooked up to my pc when my daughter had her computer .. but the router is no longer connected. Anyone have any idea why it's still saying that I'm behind a router?

I'm confused!  ???

i see 2 cases
- a problem of your internet service provider.
- you are not connected directly to the internet, but by another computer

Hmm, it's not another computer. We have only one in the house - that's hooked up directly. I suppose I should check with my ISP though .. incase it is something on their end. Thanks for the suggestion.
