Title: request for uploading
Post by: Alons0 on March 16, 2007, 02:52:26 PM
Please help me with one code or java script. I wanna when upload pictures (jpg, gif, bmp) hfs to upload one more file with "tn_". For example: when i upload abv.jpg to be uploaded two files: abv.jpg and tn_abv.jpg. Also i wanna the second picture to be resized as 100 x 100 pixels. I wanna this for the thumbs, because i must create thumbnails with a sofware? Will it be possible (without resizing or with)?

Yes it could.

You would have to create a .bat file that auto-executes every few minutes or so and auto-creates thumbs to recently added images and gives those thumbs the right name ^^.

I know its possible cause i used this method on my FileServer for a while.
