Title: Encryption option?
Post by: scyorkie on March 13, 2007, 05:25:38 AM
Hi Rejetto, any plans to introduce encryption into HFS, like what utorrent has? My uploads (to friends) gets slowed down dramatically after a while and I suspect that my school server has throttled the connections. Is that possible, given that the port used by HFS is the html port?

But can a server theoretically throttle the traffic nonetheless?

Yes, and so can HFS.  Menu -> Limits -> Speed Limit
