Title: will there be a version that runs on Linux

I am hoping one day there will be a linux version, they use very little resorce and are quite stale.
I was running it on Windows and someone uploaded a virus, fortunitly I did not click on the, AVG found it in time.

use the search, luke
you will find people using it under Linux through Wine.
