Hi.

I wonder how can I put the password of the access to files. Is there that feature?

File has to be in a virtual folder.  Switch to "Expert Mode".  Right click on the filename and select "restrict access".

it is available also for real folders, not only virtual folders

Yes that's true if you want to restrict access to all files in the folder which would restrict access to the folder itself.

I understood the subject "File Protect" to mean restrict access to certain files within a folder.  If that is the case, virtual folders are needed.
