Title: Lanuage Support

HFS itself will get multilanguage in the future, not so near.

Is there another way to translate it without these symbols to appear. Or this means you'll have to rewrite the whole program to support Bulgarian language :). If you have to write it again then forget about it... I don't want to get you more work :)

i can see in the screenshot you are specifying charset iso-8859-1, also known as latin-1 (http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/charset/latin1.gif).
those symbols are not available in such charset, so it's not a bug.
you can try switching to UTF-8.
