Title: provider hfs problem weird

my hfs work everything work well, all people who user the same provider (videotron)
work but doesn't work with bell provider and other. my friend stay in floride and doesn't work and my other friend stay not to far of my (montreal-quebec-canada) and does't work my other friend and my cousin have the same provier ans that work.


somebody know the problem never see that before.

any sugges

i had similar problems with another provider here in italy, and it was because my provider didn't provide me a "public" address.
it may likely be your case.

to know if your HFS is reachable via the whole internet (and not just through your provider) use the self test. it will tell you if all is ok with you, or the problem is on your friends. (usually the first case)
