Title: ~login not working

When login in as a defined user (hitting the login icon), the login-box appears, however, after hitting the ok-button, the http://www.server.com/~login page does not display ("the page cannot be diplayed, server or dns-error). The login itself works, as I get access to files/directory

any ideas??

On which port are you running HFS? Try port 80. There were some issues with the ~login on non-standard ports.

As suggested in http://www.rejetto.com/forum/index.php?topic=3682.0 , it must be a browser-issue; I've tested the same site from the same machine with IE7 and Firefox 1.5 ... Firefox works fine (i.e. ~login is displayed correct), while IE gives the 'page cannot be displayed'. It appears IE6 behaves likewise. Since there's still a whole bunch out there using IE, I hope somebody has found out how to resolve this issue ....
