Title: Help needed. (Connection problem)

I was hoping ye guys could help me out. I used to be able to connect to my file server some time ago, but now I can't anymore.
I did get a new ISP, but I've already opened up the correct port on the new router. The self-test on the file server says I -am- able to connect to the net, but neither me or my friends can connect to it. It keeps saying "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage"

I have tried different ports, but they don't work, and I'm sure I have the correct external IP.

strange, when self-test succeed, you should be ok.
do you have other servers working on your computer?
