Title: Upload Speeds...

I only have a 512k connection and 128k upload, in thoery i should be uploading at 16kb\s, but i seem to only get about 12kb\s, why is this the case? I am interested to find out why i am not able to utilise these precious kilobytes, and on my speeds the more i can get the better!

not so strange
i also can't reach the top with my adsl connection
with any application
