How can i get the upload button to appear?
I'm using the hfs 2.0 template, and a real folder.

right click on the folder -> upload

you MAY need to configure users before (expert mode)

I have already done that, and the Upload button still doesn’t appear.    :(

Does your upload enabled folder contains a link in the source like /~upload? Or try to append to the command line  of your browser when you are in the upload-enabled directory the ~upload command like:
127.0.0.1/.../uploadenabledfolder/~upload
Maybe you just overlooked the upload link ...
Thats all i can imagine for now.

I've solved the upload problem now :D
But another problem occurred, some of the icons are gone.
By pressing the F5 button i can get a some of them to appear.

I didn't have that problem earlier!

check your connection limits
limit downloads, not connections
