In other words I want to disable upload compleatly.
I am using a real folder not a virtual one...
how can I do this?
Thanks :?:

just remove the section [upload], [upload-link].

Right Click on your upload folder in the HFS virtual file system. Select Upload -> Upload for users -> and uncheck[/b] all listed there and you are Finished! Uploads are now disabled for everybody.
Do Not remove the [upload] and [upload-link] sections from your template as Mara suggests. You may want to activate uploads again sometime in the future.

There is no "upload folder" in the virtual file system!
All I have is a "real" folder I added... nothing else...
Again: How do I disable people from uploading...
when they log in there is an upload link in the template.
EDIT.......
I restarted HFS and now there is no upload button on the http page...
strange! Thanks and sorry for the mix up....

That's right! Uploads are now disabled. No upload button = no uploads.
