this a good program but i want to make a username and password for it somone tell me what the addresses so i can connect without enter the username and password

right click in virtual file system
set user/pass

You don't know what your IP address is???  In HFS go to Menu -> IP address -> Find external address.  If you  want to connect without a user and password login prompt, don't restrict access to your vfs root or folders.

HFS does not create RSS, just "publish" it.
what you mean by security?
