Title: How to show the total uploads and downloads

Hello i was wondering how to show the totals of uploads and downloads totals. I seen some one has them but whats the 2 codes. I tryed like 100 times and cant figure them out plz help

%total-out%
%total-in%
they are in bytes
no way to get the number of files ATM
