Title: Can limit the real forder size for upload ?

add Option can limit the real forder size for upload.
not jast for minimum disk space,I thought it's useful.

this mean HFS should calculate the total size of the real folder.... right?
i don't know if this can be done in an efficient way
if you have thousands files, it may take long to calculate  :?
