Title: Restrict folder access to anonymous or hiding from logged-in

Here's my dilemma. I want to have a public upload folder, which has it's contents hidden (already done that with file filter and folder filter) and that can't be downloaded from (check http://www.rejetto.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2683).

But I also want every user to have a private upload folder, which they can also download from. (Easily done)

Though the problem is: I want the public upload folder to be accessed by anonymous people only, and making sure logged-in users use their own folder. (So they don't upload to the anonymous upload folder, which will have less priority when it comes to checking and cleaning.)

So: A "restrict access -> Anonymous" would be nice.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the option could also be something along the lines of "Hide from logged-in users".
