Would it be possible to add another option in LIMITS?

What I would like to see is an option to limit the number of IP's (single addresses) that can access the server at the same time.  If that number has been reached any other's trying to get in would get a Server Busy type of message until a space is freed up for them.  Limiting contemporary connections doesn't really work that well for what I am suggesting above as it affects everyone that is currently on the server.

Just a thought.

Add an option is not possible unless you want to change the source.
