First,I am sorry fot my foor english.

I test the [Http File Server 2.0beta23] this speed is a bug.

but, look the [Http File Server 2.0beta16]  the speed is right.

i don't know why the tool of new version is a big bug. if anyone know how to do ,please tell me.

i don't understand why you got the problem with beta23.
maybe you was using a post-beta23 version.
anyway, this problem should have been fixed in beta24.
it took me hours to find it  8O
