Title: Server overloaded.... heh?

Ello Ello. I've been using 2.0 b23 for a while now all been running smoothly over a lan. I set Speed limit to 250 KB/S and also only 1 download per connection. Which works nice except going too a different machine try too download I get a page that says server overloaded. I have no idea why becuase it's definately overloaded in terms of bandwidth. Although I am currently hosting 244 GB on it. Which I thought might stress it out quite a bit, not sure. Also if I were too ban an Ip It does not show the banned client why it's restricted simply restricted... anyways too rectify these two problem? Looking forward too you reply's.

Your setting the download limit to 1 is whats causing the "overload" when your browser sends a request to the server, it could create up to 5 connections. Try increasing the number to 6 or so, just to give room for the http requests.
