How do I upload to hfs as a remote user?

 I looked for a flag in the menu to allow it, but don't see it..

The owner that runs the HFS server HAS to allow access for you ( username, password) , and give you access to a REAL  folder (right click->upload->access...). Only then you will need to Login and see the upload button.
