Title: Problem File Size??

ok here a few problems i'm having i been using the 1.6 and the 2.0 beta18 now whenever i send my freind a file size of 4gigs he got a file size of 117megs we try evrything under the sun and nothing works also i'm running and he running WINXP Pro. Also i tried to download a file off him it was about 4 gig and i got a file size of 0 and when i right click on the file it says on the bottom this file has been blocked and when i hit unblock nothing happens same results. we used this program before with no problems and no we can't transfer any large files anymore? anyone have any insite on this? Thanks
