i give out the link for where my file are at but for some reason after awhile the link dont work and looked at the server and found out that the port keeps changing by itself how i stop it from doing that

You may be looking at the source port, also could you make your your link is not internal, which contains:
10.x.x.x
172.16.x.x - 172.31.x.x
192.168.x.x

just type a number in the port box
this number has to be a free port
