Hi rejetto,
I have question about hiding sub-folder.
Is there any way to hide a sub-folder which is under a shared folder.
For example, I have set to share a folder called X.
Under X, there are foldes f001, f002,...f100. I want to show every subfolders except f002, f050, f080. Is there any way to hide just those.
I know there is a function called "folder filter". I notice it filter out everything except what I input there. I thought if I typed f02, f06, they would get filtered and show the rest. But it turn out to work the other way.
You might say "drag all the folders except those I want to hide" to share as virtual folders. But this can become very tedious when trying to hide specific folders under a "real folder" that contains lots of sub-folders (eg. 100).
Maybe a "reverse" function of "folder filter" would be great.
thx. great rejetto

sorry! a typo in subject.
the subject should be "hiding a sub-folder under "real folder"

In windows change the attribute for the sub-folder you want to hide to hidden. Then it will no longer show up in the real folder file list.

Use the folder filter but add a \ in front of the folder you want to filer out and seperate the folders by a ;.
ie. \f002;f050;f080

just put \ ahead
that is \f02;f06
