i dont have the upload link on the server once i try to acces it over internet ... why ??!?!

Did you try your server locally? Also have you enabled upload access for your server?

yeah i did try localy and still doesnt work and i did creat a folder for upload wich i did activate the upload to my username and still cant find how to upload .... ive got the 2.0 beta7 if its of anyhelp

If the permissions are set correctly, try the address format:
http://address:port/folder/~upload

the upload link appears only when you have the right to upload.
so you have to login, first.
