Title: Need an explanation please

I have a user that has been trying to upload.  The upload starts then he gets the error message - "Connection closed by remote server"

Can anyone tell me what causes this error?  Is it an error caused on my side (server) or their's?

Running v2.0 alpha 25.

you should look at your log
ensure you log replies and disconnections
HFS should warn you if something goes wrong
