Oh!

I read this (sorry dunno the answer) but a new
question got into my mind.

Is it possible to make a filder a real folder?
I add a folder and i say NO when HFS asks about making
in a real folder. After that how can i change it into one?

if you rename the physical file, the virtual one won't work anymore.
you will have to re-add it. in the future i will investigate if something better can be done.

HFS has a command for the inverse switching.
there's no support for what you are asking.
just re-add the folder.
