Title: jquery taking 2 seconds to load

Hello, I'm noticing a lengthy load time "waiting" for the /?mode=jquery request. Is this a normal behavor? or did i set it up wrong? This occurs while connected to domain, ip, and localhost. any info would be helpful

it's not normal, of course.
i was trying to reproduce this with 2.4, forgetting that it's not using jquery anymore :D
i tried with 2.3i + Microsoft Edge and the waiting is 7ms, so no problem.
i don't have firefox on that computer to try, sorry.
I'm now on a mac, and using HFS 3, it doesn't use jquery as well.

thank you, i updated to HFS 2.4.0 and it works a lot better!
