Try 1.6 http://www.rejetto.com/temp/hfs.exe.
If I'm not mistaken, I see users being  kicked out after sometime...

nothing new there
users still can idle till the end of days taking max connections
they idle after "requesting" and there is no info about their browers and no actions after requesting status. i think thats scanning for ftp/http servers at my local network. but they are taking my connections ... so when they reach max numbers of connections noone else will be able to connect.
how it looks like: http://zone.ee/suicide_01/hfs.png

i hope rejetto must understand that he must add autokick users after some time idle

I tried and tried, and I *never* got a "requesting" status. The status is always returned to "idle" and then, after a while - was cleared/kickedout

So, the question is - how did you get the "requesting" status ?

Just uncheck "Persistent connections" under other options. Also, rejetto's betas are usually 99% stable, I wouldn't worry if I were you, especially considering that the betas have more features.

hello :)

i understand "we" need a connection timeout feature.
because, yes, your problem can be solved unchecking persistent connections, but that slows the browsing a lot.
the best is to keep a fast browsing but no zombie connected.
it will come.

there is no timeout ATM (sorry rafi).
HFS does not disconnect.
if it gets disconnected it is because of the client.

another point. do you want to see a "requesting" status?
just telnet the server and type a single char. (but CTRL+C ;) )

yes . HFS is not kicking them ... i ve tryed persistent connections ... users are still requesting ....
rejetto, can you fix this please ?)
i really need this cause i got about 20 users with 'requesting' status after 12 hours of using server in my local net (there are 1300 computers in this net)
i really need this connections to be autokicked :(

persistent connections has a bug: it is applied only after a restart

the bug is already fixed in next 1.6
