If anybody has any ideas via use of a third party application, or some html, or any other workaround to limit how much an ip addy can download in a day, I would be very thankful. HFS is absolutely awesome, but does not have the ability to prevent certain users from killing the bandwidth available for others in an automated fashion.

ooook, I found a perl script... wish it was delphi ~_~. Anyway something like this could be a nice feature to organize leechers. Dunno if its of any help or not.
