Title: using 2 different connection

hello guys.
lets say I have 2 PC in my office. and both of them can be connected to Internet. with Max download of 300kbps and max upload of 60kbps for each connection. is there anyway to use both connections to host my server so i can have better upload speed for my server ?

yes, there is

just make same files available on both servers.

then the client must be able to download the same file from both servers.let say: first half from server1 and second half from server2.
getright can do it.
