Sorry, not really clear (to me, at least) what you are asking for help with. Do you have a specific question? You should be able to serve files with HFS regardless of being registered in the forum or not.

I use  HFS v2.3d and i like the visitor to mike register and after to see the file in server

So, you want to someone who visit your HFS server, be able to register, and then be able to view your files?, right?. In that case, I think it's not possible, since user registrations must be handled directly from HFS program, and not through the web interface. So, you need to create a username and password in the HFS program first. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
