Title: Using HFS internally without internet connection

Hi, I would like to use HFS to share files internally, meaning that all the computers are connected to the router which does not have internet connection.  So does HFS works under this condition? And if yes, may I know what are the settings that I need to do to the router or software? Sorry for the trouble and thanks in advance for the help.
