how to let other computers(the computer of my friends,not on my lan)
 to go to my hfs if i have lan and the ip is 192.168.X.X

You will need to "port forward" that port into your HFS.
Once done, get the external IP and you will be able to use HFS normally.

If you could not get access to the computer / router linked to the external Internet, you won't be able to share files using HFS outside your LAN.
