Hi,
HFS supports already fingerprints.
This gives me access to links like this :
http://localhost/Videos/Doom2/01-Entryway.flv#!md5!a460b87c4c6302aed9190881c2b4686e
with the md5 signature of the 01-Entryway.flv file.
I wonder how is it possible to use the link to download and autocheck the signature.
I have tried many clients or browser, chrome do not seem to support directly that kind of link (file is downloaded but I have to check it manually with some kind of md5 command).
The best I found is the DownthemAll firefox extension, but I have to manually put the signature at the bottom of a window, that's not really fast. I tried wget / curl but it seems too difficult.
Any hint would be highly appreciated.

i guess most browsers and plugins don't support it.
I remember some stand-alone download managers doing it, indeed someone asked to support this, but i don't use any since years.
