Title: downloading and uploading through hfs are very slow

Hello,

I am using HFS 2.2f on VPS which has 1Gbps, but the downloading and uploading through hfs are very slow (around 400Kbps) although i don't change any thing in Limits tape!

So, any suggestions please

hfs 2.2f and previous versions have a speed problem.
If you search the forum you'll find a fixed version, yet to be published.
Another way to go is to upgrade to 2.3, marked as beta but very stable. You'll find it in the "beta" forum board.

I've used 2.3 too but it has same problem, never give me the real speed downloading  :(

if i use other tool like Easy File Sharing Web Server, ill get over than 3Mbps.

I've gotten well 12 MB/s with HFS 2.3 before, which is the limit of my 100Mb network.  So it's probably capable of even faster than that.

it's strange you getting only 400 with version 2.3
no idea

(be careful when you read/measure speed, a lower-case "b" is for bits, an upper-case "B" is for bytes, very different)
