Title: New IP Address Not Working For The Webpage

It's showing that I got a new IP address but it's not working for the Webpage File System. Why? Any solutions? All I can use is the 1st IP address that it picked up but how do I get the new one to work?

I believe it's> 50.51.224.209

i said the OTHER one, 50 is the one shown in the screen shot you posted
