Title: Make new folder and then upload file to it

Hello,
I use 2.2F Version.
I have user that can upload files to specified folder.
There is some way to give this user optione open new folders and not only upload files?

i didn't understand what you mean.
should it be able to create new folders?

I give to user ability upload files through http access.
There any way to allow the user to create new folder too ?
