I tried searching for iOS5-related problems and didn't see any, so I'm starting this new thread.
I suppose it's a minor inconvience, but for some reason the latest iOS5 (including 5.1) broke video streaming on HFS. I have verified that iOS4 and below works with HFS.
There is a workaround, you can hold down and choose "download to" and pick a video player, but this is a clunky solution since you have to wait for it to download the entire file in order to play it (instead of instant streaming).
Anyway, it's not a big deal, I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Maybe you can offer some other workaround or if HFS 2.4 will fix this (The beta to 2.3 also doesn't work with iOS5).

there's no "streaming" feature in HFS,
it's just the browser (or a flash thing in it) that will actually plays while downloading.
HFS does the same thing for your downloads and for your streamings.
what template are you using?
