I'm trying to use HFS to establish a webserver from which I can pull off files for use with my PSP.

I'm running:
Windows XP - Media
HFS 2.0
Have Verizon DSL
Use D-Link DI 524
Norton System Works 2005

I've followed the advice of http://psp.servegame.com/ and have had some success...

I can reach my webserver from my own PC through: http://localhost, my internal address, and my external address. But I'm unable to connect to my webserver from anywhere else (other wi-fi spots, etc).  When I enter my external address from those spots I get "IE cannot display the webpage".  Any ideas?

My Norton is setup to permit all connections to HFs, and I've tried many different set-ups for my router (DI-524) and none of them seem to work...

Any ideas, advice, etc that you could offer would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

When I run the test it says:

Test Failed: Server does not answer
You may be behind a router or firewall.

By the way, I'm running Verizon DSL - Residential.  I called them and they said that I'm unable to set up a static IP (I don't know if that's true, or if it matters; but I thought I'd mention it.)

Thanks!

I'm unfamiliar with Verizon DSL, but Verizon FIOS blocks port 80.  So if you are using port 80, try another port.
