hi,
I like to have a dynamic signature/avatar using your http screen grabber. So I need a build in resize function to shrink the screenshot/picture.
Is that possible in a upcoming version?

PS:the picture in the sig changes 1/min....but you have to reload to see it. Should be automatic with your http screen grabber.
PPS:Why I cant hide my E-Mail address from public? i changed it several times in my profile, but it dont work :-( please do that for me!

i don't think the browser would reload the image if it is included in another webpage (until you reload the page).
test it yourself, and let me know.
i remember having tested it years ago.

logout and see, the email disappears.

yes, you are right...don't work :-\
So I keep on thinking to realize a dynamic avatar/signature...any ideas?

if the browser doesn't comply with the refresh command in the http header (the one used by HFS) there's no other "universal" way with real images, IMO.
i mean, when you put an image in a forum, you can't use javascript to refresh the image.
the best solution i see is using flash, but not all the forums will let you put flash in your signature, so it's not universal (as solution) either.

Use gif format.  You can add frames and save the gif, upload gif while saving frames, etc.
