Bug reports / RAM overusage while seeding large file

Hello. I start server for remote access to files which individually more than 15-17 GBs each. So my 16 GB ram volume is full 99% when it's close to finish of download progress. And it's not even shown in task manager which program overuses memory. But it's definitely connected to HFS. What can be done, guys? Thanks.
