Rejetto HFS file server alternative?

Ive currently got a server setup at duffnet.co.uk , and it hosts files which i add to the server , which includes uploading from the web interface.Is there any other tools which look http://movieseriesworld.com/ more modern? I'm running this on Windows Server 2016 in Azure. But i would like to know of any services like this which is easy to set up on Azure

You don't need an alternative server...
Just use the template HFSFlix, that you could find here.

Does any one know if there is any alternative to acheive publishing with out having Publishing server. Please let me know if any one have implemented publishing without having publishing server.

Dependant on your definition of publishing and not have owner ship of a server. Google sites/docs was this.

Why shouldn't you wake a sleeping cat?
Cats who are deprived of these stages of sleep can become lethargic or irritable, it is therefore better to avoid waking them up as much as possible

and I must say that taking care of an awakened Fysack is not easy
