How to forward nameservers?
on:
September 23, 2009, 12:17:16 AM
I have a DNS server set up at
www.editdns.com
, but I can't forward nameservers or atleast I don't know how to. Please help, I'd rather have a domain than an IP address.
Edit:
Please help soon, otherwise they will terminate my account.

i'm not a dns guru, but you should have (or create) an "A" type record, and fill with your IP address, that's 173.2.....etc etc

found this on their forum http://forums.nerdie.net/showthread.php?t=6
add this line into the custom dns option of hfs
https://dyndns.editdns.net/api/dynLinux.php?p=my_password&r=www.example.com
replace
'
my_password
' by your
editdns password
and
'
w
ww.example.com
' by your domain name
