I have managed to customize, change the Favicon and theme of the HTTP File Server but I wan to change the title that appears in the Tab section on Google Chrome/IE/Edge etc..

 in the template:

replace  <title>{.!HFS.} %folder%</title>  by <title>ThxGamingWC</title>

that works, but it will prevent you from getting updates on the template.

A better solution is to right click on your root/home item > properties > diff template

and enter this text

[+special:strings]
HFS=ThxGamingWC
