Remote order to download and remote orders to pc via HFS

First of all HFS rulez, really easy to use and reliable software , thank you Rejetto for writing this masterpiece
Now for questions:
1. I understand that i can upload from remote location thats cool, but can i command HFS server to download file not locally from HFS server?
For example if HFS server is at my house and i connect to it from friend and I want to command HFS server to start downloading some program so when i come home it will be ready.

2. Can I execute commands on my computer via HFS thats located on same computer ?
Both questions related to xp os.
If there any scripts that can make those features possible please tell me.

first of all, let it be known you can also upload to hfs, not only download from.

the answer is no: hfs is not a software for remote controlling your computer. check www.uvnc.com for such task.
