Ok. I found where is a problem. Its in "limit speed". While this option disabled, all ok. When limit to 100kbps - i see this error.

there's another way to find this bug and fix it.
you could test old HFS versions, so you can tell me when this problem was introduced, and i can see differences between sources.
was this problem in 1.6 also?

Yes, problem was and in 1.6.
I solve this problem by installing Net Limitter 1.30 and limit speed in this programm. All ok now. But if you solve this bug in HFS, I'll be glad
